ABOUT DOMINIC PIERSE
Health, vitality, longevity and living well for the years ahead.
MY APPROACH TO HEALTH & LONGEVITY
My approach to health and longevity is based on a simple belief: living longer is only truly valuable if we can also maintain our health, strength, independence and quality of life.
I don’t believe there is one single answer to healthy ageing. Exercise matters. Nutrition matters. Sleep, recovery and our everyday habits matter. But it is how these different pieces work together — consistently over time — that can make the greatest difference.
For me, that means focusing on the fundamentals: maintaining strength, staying active, eating well, prioritising recovery and making sensible choices that can become part of everyday life.
I’m not interested in extremes, complicated routines or chasing every new health trend. My approach is about understanding what genuinely matters and applying it in a practical, sustainable way.
It’s an approach I follow in my own life, and one that continues to evolve as I learn more about health, ageing and longevity.
WHY LONGEVITY MATTERS TO ME
As I’ve grown older, I’ve become increasingly aware that good health is something we should never take for granted. For me, longevity isn’t about chasing a particular age — it’s about doing what I can to remain strong, active, capable and independent for as long as possible.
What interests me most is the idea of extending our healthspan — not simply adding more years to life, but increasing the number of those years that can be lived with energy, mobility, strength and purpose.
That’s the principle I try to apply in my own life. I continue to train, stay active, pay attention to nutrition and recovery, and keep learning about the factors that influence how we age — because I believe the habits we build today can help shape the quality of life we experience tomorrow.
MY PHILOSOPHY ON HEALTH & FITNESS
I believe that looking after our health should feel clearer, not more complicated. There’s an enormous amount of information available today, and it can be difficult to know what genuinely matters and what’s simply the latest trend.
Over the years, I’ve developed my own approach by combining personal experience with an interest in reliable, evidence-informed information. I enjoy sharing what I’ve learned and exploring practical habits that can support strength, energy and long-term wellbeing.
I don’t believe in perfection or all-or-nothing thinking. Lasting progress usually comes from realistic changes, applied consistently, and adjusted as life changes.
Above all, I want people to become more confident in the choices they make for their own health — not dependent on someone telling them what to do.
